• HOW TO USE- 

• • Add  polyquaternium-7 to the water phase while stirring.
  • Heat to homogenize it . let it cool down.
  • Add all your oil phase ingredients including surfactants to this mixture.
  • Add all the active ingredients and adjust the pH.
