What is a Liquid Botanical Extract?
Liquid Botanical Extracts are concentrated solutions that are produced by extracting various herbs’ chemical constituents out of their inert herb fibres (cellulose) using an appropriate natural solvent.
- Rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and vitamin B1, vitamin B3 and vitamin C
- Has purifying and anti-irritant properties
- Rosemary leafs are also very fragrant and often used in bath products and cosmetics
- Ideal for facial toners, cleansers also anti-wrinkle lotions, hair care and foot care productsApplications: body wraps, hair care products, dry scalp and deodorants.
We also strongly recommend that you conduct small batch trials to determine the dosage required to achieve the desired shade imbued by the extract.
Manufacture: Prepared via a cold process to avoid potential loss of effectiveness heat processing can have. Created from organically grown, pesticide-free materials which are extracted first with a specified eluant to yield a concentrate.
Add liquid towards the cooling phase of your production.
Recommended Usage Level: 5 - 10%. For external use only in skincare products.
Storage: Stable when stored in a cool, dry place.
